This role is perfect for individuals who are tech-savvy and enjoy helping customers solve their IT-related queries. As a customer service representative, you will engage with clients in Slovak, providing assistance, troubleshooting support, and enhancing their experience with our IT solutions. Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries about IT products and services via phone, email, and chat in Slovak. Assist customers in troubleshooting technical issues, offering clear and effective solutions. Provide information on product features, installation processes, and software updates. Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the CRM system. Collaborate with IT teams to escalate technical issues that require specialized knowledge. Stay updated on the latest technology trends and company offerings to provide informed assistance. Fluency in Slovak (both written and spoken) is required; knowledge of English is advantageous. Previous experience in customer service, especially in the IT sector, is preferred. Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly. Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong customer-centric attitude. Ability to manage multiple tasks and inquiries in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with IT support tools and CRM software is beneficial. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if needed.
