This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about providing top-notch customer service while navigating the dynamic logistics environment. In this position, you will engage with customers in Slovak, helping them with their inquiries and ensuring smooth operations within the supply chain. Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries regarding logistics services, delivery schedules, and supply chain processes via phone, email, and chat in Slovak. Provide clear information about freight options, pricing, and service terms. Assist customers with shipment tracking, booking requests, and managing logistics operations. Resolve any issues or complaints promptly and ensure customer satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system. Collaborate with operational teams to provide customers with timely and accurate information. Stay informed on logistics trends and service updates to assist customers effectively. Fluency in Slovak (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus. Prior experience in customer service, preferably within the logistics or supply chain sector. Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with customers. Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing customer needs. Ability to manage multiple inquiries and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with logistics management systems and CRM software is desirable.
