Mercier Consultancy MD is excited to announce a new opportunity for Slovak Speaking Customer Service Representatives in the Media & Entertainment industry. This position is perfect for individuals who are passionate about media and entertainment and are eager to provide exceptional customer support. As a customer service representative, you will assist customers with inquiries related to media products and services, ensuring they have a fantastic experience. Key Responsibilities Manage customer inquiries related to media and entertainment offerings, including subscriptions, services, and content availability via phone, email, and chat in Slovak. Provide support for account management, troubleshooting, and billing questions. Assist customers in navigating the platform and understanding features and content. Resolve customer concerns in a timely and efficient manner. Document customer interactions and feedback to help improve services. Collaborate with internal teams to address issues and enhance the customer experience. Stay updated on industry trends and product offerings to provide accurate information. Fluency in Slovak (both written and spoken) is required; knowledge of English is advantageous. Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the media or entertainment sector. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly demeanor. Problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with CRM systems and general computer proficiency. Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends if needed.
