Mercier Consultancy MD is excited to offer an opportunity for Slovak Speaking Customer Service Representatives in the Pharmaceuticals industry. This role is ideal for individuals who are dedicated to providing high-quality customer support within a healthcare environment. As a representative, you will assist customers and healthcare professionals with inquiries related to pharmaceutical products and services, ensuring they receive accurate information and exceptional service in Slovak. Key Responsibilities Manage customer inquiries related to pharmaceutical products, prescriptions, and services via phone, email, and chat in Slovak. Provide detailed information about medications, including usage, dosage, and side effects. Assist customers with order processing, refills, and product availability. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely, professional manner. Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system to maintain compliance and quality standards. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and address any product-related questions. Stay informed about industry regulations, product updates, and company policies to provide current information to customers. Fluency in Slovak (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus. Previous experience in customer service, ideally within the pharmaceuticals or healthcare industry. Strong communication skills and a passion for helping customers. Ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in using CRM systems and general computer applications. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
