Mercier Consultancy MD is excited to announce a new opportunity for Slovak Speaking Customer Service Representatives in the Real Estate industry. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy helping clients navigate the world of real estate, providing them with the support needed to make informed decisions. As a representative, you will assist clients in their inquiries and provide exceptional service while communicating in Slovak. Key Responsibilities Handle customer inquiries related to real estate listings, property availability, and market trends via phone, email, and chat in Slovak. Provide detailed information about properties, including features, pricing, and location advantages. Assist clients throughout the buying, selling, or renting process, ensuring a smooth experience. Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in our CRM system. Collaborate with real estate agents and other teams to address client needs effectively. Stay updated on real estate market developments to provide relevant information to clients. Fluency in Slovak (oral and written) is required; knowledge of English is beneficial. Experience in customer service, preferably in the real estate sector, is desirable. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset. Attention to detail and organizational skills. Proficiency in using CRM systems and general computer applications. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if required.
