Mercier Consultancy MD is thrilled to offer an opportunity for Slovak Speaking Customer Service Representatives in the Real Estate industry. This position is ideal for individuals who have a passion for real estate and are dedicated to providing exceptional service to clients. As a customer service representative, you will assist customers in navigating their real estate queries, ensuring they receive accurate information and support in Slovak. Key Responsibilities Manage customer inquiries related to real estate listings, property management, and transactions via phone, email, and chat in Slovak. Provide comprehensive information about properties, services, and market trends to clients. Assist customers with application processes, bookings for viewings, and answering general real estate questions. Resolve any issues or complaints from clients promptly and professionally. Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system for future reference. Collaborate with real estate agents and teams to enhance the customer experience and streamline services. Stay informed about local real estate trends and regulations to provide clients with relevant guidance. Fluency in Slovak (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus. Previous experience in customer service, preferably within the real estate industry. Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to customer support. Ability to handle multiple inquiries and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Familiarity with real estate terminology and processes is desirable. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
