Mercier Consultancy MD is thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity for Slovak Speaking Customer Service Representatives in the Renewable Energy industry. If you are passionate about sustainability and dedicated to providing excellent customer service, this position is ideal for you. As a customer service representative, you will assist clients in understanding renewable energy solutions while delivering exceptional service in Slovak. Key Responsibilities Manage customer inquiries regarding renewable energy products, services, and benefits via phone, email, and live chat in Slovak. Educate customers about energy efficiency programs and available renewable energy options. Assist customers with account management, service inquiries, and troubleshooting issues. Document all interactions accurately in the CRM system, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Collaborate with technical teams to resolve issues and enhance customer satisfaction. Stay informed about industry trends and company offerings to provide relevant and accurate information to customers. Fluency in Slovak (both written and spoken) is required; proficiency in English is a plus. Experience in customer service, preferably within the renewable energy sector. Strong communication skills and a friendly, customer-focused demeanor. Ability to explain complex information simply and clearly. Proactive problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Familiarity with CRM systems and general computer applications. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as necessary.
