Mercier Consultancy MD is excited to announce a position for Slovak Speaking Customer Service Representatives in the retail industry. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about customer service and want to make a positive impact on the shopping experience of our clients. As a representative, you will assist customers in Slovak, providing essential support and guidance on various retail products and services. Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries regarding retail products, orders, and services via phone, email, and chat in Slovak. Assist customers with order placement, modifications, and cancellations. Provide accurate information on product availability, pricing, and promotions. Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, ensuring maximum satisfaction. Document customer interactions in the CRM system for future reference. Collaborate with warehouse and inventory teams to provide up-to-date information on delivery timelines. Stay informed about current promotions, products, and retail policies to provide helpful insights to customers. Fluency in Slovak (both written and spoken) is required; knowledge of English is beneficial. Experience in customer service, preferably in the retail sector. Strong communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple inquiries and prioritize tasks effectively. Proficient in using computer systems and customer service software.
