This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about social media platforms and enjoy helping users navigate their features. As a customer service representative, you will engage with clients in Slovak, providing support and ensuring they have a positive experience while using our services. Key Responsibilities Manage customer inquiries related to social media accounts, features, and content management via phone, email, and chat in Slovak. Assist users with account setup, privacy settings, and troubleshooting issues. Provide information and guidance on platform policies, community guidelines, and best practices. Resolve user complaints and technical issues effectively to maintain high customer satisfaction. Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for future reference. Collaborate with internal teams to improve user experience and address feedback. Stay informed about social media trends and platform updates to assist users effectively. Fluency in Slovak (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus. Experience in customer service, especially in the social media or tech industry, is preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple inquiries at once. Interest in social media trends and a good understanding of various platforms. Proficiency in using CRM systems and general computer applications.
