This role is ideal for individuals who have a passion for technology and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction. As a customer service representative, you will assist clients in Slovak with their telecommunications inquiries, ensuring a seamless and positive experience throughout. Key Responsibilities Manage customer inquiries regarding telecommunications services, including mobile plans, devices, and technical support via phone, email, and live chat in Slovak. Guide customers with account creation, billing questions, and service adjustments. Provide detailed information about product features, promotions, and service options. Effectively resolve customer complaints and technical issues to achieve high customer satisfaction. Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system, following company protocols and guidelines. Coordinate with internal teams to improve service delivery and enhance customer satisfaction. Stay informed about new products, service updates, and industry trends to assist customers effectively. Fluency in Slovak (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus. Previous experience in customer service, ideally within the telecommunications sector. Strong communication skills and a focus on providing excellent customer care. Exceptional problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure. Ability to handle multiple customer inquiries and prioritize tasks effectively. Familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency in general computer applications. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
