Responsibilities Provide exemplary customer service support to Slovak-speaking clients through various communication channels. Address customer inquiries promptly, resolving issues and ensuring a positive experience. Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor in all customer interactions. Accurately document customer interactions in the company’s CRM system. Collaborate with fellow team members to meet service targets and enhance customer satisfaction. Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on products and service techniques. Fluency in Slovak (spoken and written) is essential. Strong communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction. Previous experience in customer service or related fields is preferred. Able to work effectively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Comfortable with technology and eager to learn new software. Willingness to relocate to Sofia and embrace a new cultural experience. In possession of EU passport.
