We are seeking a motivated individual fluent in Slovak who is passionate about solving client challenges through innovative technology solutions. In this role, you'll work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that drive business success. Key Responsibilities Engage with clients to effectively capture their requirements and business objectives. Design and present customized solutions based on client challenges and needs. Serve as a trusted advisor by offering insights and recommendations to enhance client satisfaction. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful implementation of solutions. Conduct training sessions to help clients maximize the use of our products and services. Stay updated on industry trends and technological advancements to provide relevant advice and solutions. Fluency in Slovak (spoken and written) is essential; proficiency in English is a valuable asset. Experience in solutions consulting, customer service, or a related field is preferred. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on client needs. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients. Technical proficiency and eagerness to learn new tools and technologies. Self-motivated with strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects effectively.
