In this role, you will be instrumental in guiding our clients in utilizing our solutions effectively, ensuring they achieve their business objectives through our innovative services. Key Responsibilities Engage with clients to identify their needs and business goals through detailed consultations. Develop and deliver tailored solutions to effectively address client challenges. Act as a trusted advisor, offering insights and recommendations based on industry best practices. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful implementation of solutions. Conduct training and support sessions for clients to enhance their experiences with our products. Keep up to date with market trends and emerging technologies to best serve our clients. Fluency in Slovak (both spoken and written) is essential; proficiency in English is highly desirable. Previous experience in solutions consulting, customer service, or a similar role is preferred. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on client satisfaction. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients. A strong understanding of technology solutions and a willingness to learn new tools. Self-motivated with excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects. A positive attitude and commitment to delivering exceptional client service.
