In this role, you will work closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions that meet their business objectives. Key Responsibilities Engage with Slovak-speaking clients to assess their business requirements. Develop and recommend customized solutions that address client challenges effectively. Serve as a trusted advisor by providing expert guidance and support throughout the solution lifecycle. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless implementation and ongoing support. Conduct training sessions to help clients maximize the benefits of our products and services. Stay current with industry trends and new technologies to provide informed advice. Fluency in Slovak (spoken and written) is essential; proficiency in English is required. Experience in solutions consulting, customer service, or a related field is preferred. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a client-oriented approach. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong client relationships. Technical aptitude and willingness to learn about new technologies and solutions. Self-motivated with excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
