Mercier Consultancy MD is thrilled to open a position for Slovenian Speaking Customer Service Representatives in the Education & E-Learning industry. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about education and eager to support learners and educators in their journey. As a representative, you will assist customers in navigating our e-learning platforms and services, providing high-quality support in Slovenian. Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries regarding e-learning services, courses, and technical support via phone, email, and chat in Slovenian. Provide guidance on using the e-learning platform, enrolling in courses, and accessing learning materials. Assist with troubleshooting any issues users may encounter while utilizing the platform. Document interactions and customer feedback to improve services. Collaborate with content and technical teams to ensure a seamless user experience. Stay updated on educational resources and industry trends to provide relevant information to customers. Fluency in Slovenian (both written and spoken) is required; knowledge of English is advantageous. Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the education or e-learning sector, is preferred. Exceptional communication skills with a patient and supportive demeanor. Strong problem-solving abilities and a commitment to customer satisfaction. Ability to manage multiple inquiries and prioritize effectively in a busy environment. Proficiency in using technology and CRM systems. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
