Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer support to Slovenian-speaking customers through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. Assist customers with inquiries related to products, orders, returns, and general support issues. Effectively resolve customer complaints, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions within the CRM system. Collaborate with internal teams to enhance overall customer experience. Participate in ongoing training to improve both product knowledge and customer service skills. Fluency in Slovenian and English, both spoken and written. Previous experience in customer service roles, preferably within a related industry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving capabilities with a customer-oriented approach. Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Willingness to relocate to Sofia, with all relocation costs fully covered.
