Participate in ongoing training to improve both product knowledge and customer service skills. Fluency in Slovenian and English, both spoken and written. Previous experience in customer service roles, preferably within a related industry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving capabilities with a customer-oriented approach. Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
