Mercier Consultancy MD is excited to invite applications for the position of Slovenian Speaking Customer Service Representatives in the Automotive industry. This role is perfect for individuals who have a keen interest in automobiles and a passion for providing excellent customer support. As a representative, you will assist customers in Slovenian, addressing their inquiries and ensuring a seamless experience in navigating automotive services. Key Responsibilities Manage customer inquiries related to automotive products and services via phone, email, and chat in Slovenian. Provide detailed information on vehicle specifications, service options, and dealership offerings. Assist customers with vehicle bookings, maintenance queries, and warranty issues. Resolve complaints and provide solutions in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction. Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for future reference. Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns and enhance service delivery. Stay informed about automotive trends, new models, and company promotions to offer accurate information to customers. Fluency in Slovenian (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a bonus. Prior experience in customer service, preferably in the automotive industry. Strong communication skills and a friendly, customer-oriented approach. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues effectively. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple inquiries in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with CRM software and general computer skills.
