Mercier Consultancy MD is thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity for Slovenian Speaking Customer Service Representatives in the Biotechnology industry. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about science and customer interaction. In this role, you will assist clients with inquiries related to biotechnology products and services while delivering exceptional support in Slovenian. Key Responsibilities Manage customer inquiries about biotechnology products, services, and support via phone, email, and live chat in Slovenian. Provide detailed information on product specifications, usage, and availability to customers. Assist with order processing, tracking, and resolving issues related to shipments and deliveries. Work collaboratively with technical teams to address and resolve complex customer queries. Document all customer interactions accurately and maintain records in the CRM system. Stay informed about new developments in the biotechnology field to provide effective and knowledgeable service. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and ensure customer information is handled confidentially. Fluency in Slovenian (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus. Experience in customer service, particularly within the biotechnology or life sciences sector, is preferred. Strong communication skills and the ability to convey technical information clearly. Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive customer service orientation. Ability to manage multiple inquiries and prioritize effectively in a dynamic work environment. Proficient in using CRM systems and general office software. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
