This position presents a fantastic opportunity for individuals who are passionate about providing top-notch customer service and have an interest in the construction sector. In this role, you will assist clients with their inquiries, offering support and information in Slovenian, ensuring a positive customer experience throughout their journey. Key Responsibilities Handle customer inquiries related to construction services, projects, and product offerings via phone, email, and chat in Slovenian. Provide accurate information about service options, pricing, and project timelines. Assist customers with order management, scheduling consultations, and follow-ups. Resolve issues and address customer concerns efficiently, ensuring satisfaction. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and document feedback in the system. Collaborate with project managers and construction teams to enhance service delivery and customer experience. Stay updated on industry trends and product developments to provide informed assistance. Fluency in Slovenian (both oral and written) is required; knowledge of English is an advantage. Experience in customer service, ideally in the construction or related industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle inquiries professionally. Proficient in using CRM systems and general computer applications. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
