Mercier Consultancy MD is pleased to announce a fantastic opportunity for Slovenian Speaking Customer Service Representatives in the Energy sector, specifically within the Oil & Gas industry. If you have a passion for customer service and a strong interest in energy solutions, this role is tailored for you. You will be instrumental in providing support to clients in the oil and gas sector, ensuring they receive timely and accurate assistance in their native language. Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries related to oil and gas products and services via phone, email, and live chat in Slovenian. Provide information about service options, pricing structures, and regulatory compliance. Assist customers with account management and troubleshoot service-related issues. Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate records in our CRM system. Collaborate closely with technical teams to resolve complex inquiries and enhance customer satisfaction. Stay updated on industry developments and changes to provide accurate information to customers. Fluency in Slovenian (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is an advantage. Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the energy or oil & gas sector. Strong communication skills and an ability to effectively engage with customers. Excellent problem-solving abilities and a focus on customer-centric solutions. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Proficient in using computer systems and CRM applications.
