Mercier Consultancy MD is thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity for Slovenian Speaking Customer Service Representatives in the Food & Beverage industry. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about food and providing excellent customer service. As a customer service representative, you will assist customers with their inquiries and ensure a satisfying experience, all while communicating in Slovenian. Key Responsibilities Manage customer inquiries related to food and beverage products, orders, and services via phone, email, and chat in Slovenian. Provide information about products, including ingredients, dietary options, and promotions. Assist customers with order placements, modifications, and resolving issues with their purchases. Handle customer complaints with professionalism and a focus on achieving customer satisfaction. Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system for follow-up purposes. Collaborate with operational teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. Stay informed about industry trends and product offerings to better assist customers. Fluency in Slovenian (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus. Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the food and beverage sector. Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor. Proficient problem-solving skills with the ability to address customer concerns effectively. Ability to manage multiple inquiries in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality service. Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software is desirable.
