This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about travel and committed to providing outstanding customer experiences. As a representative, you will assist clients with their inquiries regarding travel bookings, accommodations, and tourism activities, all while delivering exceptional service in Slovenian. Key Responsibilities Manage customer inquiries about hotel bookings, travel arrangements, and tourism services via phone, email, and live chat in Slovenian. Provide information on available services, promotions, and local attractions. Assist customers with reservation changes, cancellations, and any special requests they may have. Resolve issues and complaints in a timely and courteous manner, ensuring customer satisfaction. Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for future reference. Collaborate with hotel and tourism partners to ensure seamless customer experiences. Stay updated on travel trends, destinations, and company offerings to provide relevant information to customers. Fluency in Slovenian (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English or other languages is a plus. Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the hospitality or tourism sector, is preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong customer-focused approach. Demonstrated ability to solve problems and manage customer inquiries effectively. Aptitude for working in a high-paced environment while maintaining high-quality service. Proficient in using customer service software and CRM applications. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
