Mercier Consultancy MD is excited to present an opportunity for Slovenian Speaking Customer Service Representatives in the Information Technology (IT) industry. This role is perfect for those who are tech-savvy and passionate about providing customer support in the rapidly evolving tech landscape. As a representative, you will assist clients in resolving their IT inquiries, ensuring they receive professional and efficient service in Slovenian. Key Responsibilities Answer customer inquiries regarding IT products and services via phone, email, and chat in Slovenian. Assist users with technical issues, software installations, and troubleshooting. Provide accurate information on product features, updates, and best practices. Document customer interactions and technical resolutions in the CRM system. Collaborate with IT support teams to escalate and resolve complex issues. Stay up to date with the latest IT trends and technologies to inform and assist customers effectively. Fluency in Slovenian (both written and spoken) is required; knowledge of English is a plus. Experience in customer service, particularly in the IT or technology sector, is preferred. Strong technical aptitude and the ability to communicate complex information clearly. Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude toward customer support. Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with customer support tools and CRM software. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if required.
