Mercier Consultancy MD is excited to offer a rewarding opportunity for Slovenian Speaking Customer Service Representatives in the Logistics & Supply Chain industry. This role is tailored for individuals who are passionate about logistics and dedicated to providing exceptional service. As a customer service representative, your primary responsibility will be to assist clients with their inquiries and provide solutions in Slovenian. Key Responsibilities Manage customer inquiries regarding logistics services, shipment status, and supply chain solutions via phone, email, and chat in Slovenian. Provide accurate information on pricing, delivery times, and service options. Assist customers with order processing, tracking, and any necessary adjustments. Effectively resolve customer complaints and issues, ensuring a high level of satisfaction. Document all customer interactions thoroughly in the CRM system for subsequent follow-up and record-keeping. Collaborate with operational teams to streamline processes and improve customer experience. Stay updated on industry trends and company offerings to better assist customers. Fluency in Slovenian (both written and spoken) is required; knowledge of English is a plus. Prior experience in customer service, preferably within the logistics or supply chain sectors. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction. Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle objections effectively. Ability to manage multiple inquiries and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with CRM systems and general computer applications.
