If you are passionate about media, entertainment, and customer engagement, this position is for you! You will be responsible for assisting customers with their inquiries and providing exceptional service while communicating effectively in Slovenian. Key Responsibilities Manage customer inquiries related to media and entertainment services via phone, email, and live chat in Slovenian. Provide information about subscription plans, content availability, and troubleshooting technical issues. Assist customers with billing inquiries, account management, and service changes. Resolve customer complaints with empathy and professionalism, ensuring satisfaction. Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system. Collaborate with internal teams to enhance the customer experience and provide feedback on service improvements. Stay updated on industry trends and new content offerings to inform customers effectively. Fluency in Slovenian (both written and spoken) is required; knowledge of English is an advantage. Experience in customer service, preferably in the media or entertainment sector. Strong communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction. Problem-solving skills and the ability to manage customer inquiries efficiently. A proactive and friendly approach to addressing customer needs. Familiarity with CRM systems and technical support tools. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as required.
