This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about healthcare and committed to providing exceptional customer support. As a representative, you will assist clients with their inquiries regarding pharmaceutical products and services, ensuring a high standard of service in Slovenian. Key Responsibilities Handle customer inquiries related to pharmaceutical products, prescriptions, and health services via phone, email, and chat in Slovenian. Provide accurate information regarding product availability, usage instructions, and side effects. Assist customers with order placements, changes, and tracking their pharmaceutical deliveries. Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively, ensuring high levels of satisfaction. Document all customer interactions comprehensively in the CRM system for follow-up and quality control. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and timely resolution of inquiries. Stay informed about industry regulations and changes to provide up-to-date information to customers. Fluency in Slovenian (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus. Experience in customer service, preferably within the pharmaceuticals or healthcare sector. Strong communication skills and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service. Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and care. Proficient problem-solving skills and an attentive approach to customer needs. Familiarity with CRM systems and a general understanding of pharmaceutical terminology. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
