Mercier Consultancy MD is excited to offer an opportunity for Slovenian Speaking Customer Service Representatives in the Real Estate industry. If you have a passion for real estate and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service, this position is tailored for you. You will be responsible for helping clients navigate their real estate inquiries while ensuring excellent communication and support in Slovenian. Key Responsibilities Manage customer inquiries related to real estate listings, rental properties, and purchase processes via phone, email, and chat in Slovenian. Provide detailed information on property features, prices, and neighborhood amenities. Assist clients with application processes, lease agreements, and transaction inquiries. Resolve customer issues and concerns promptly to ensure a positive experience. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and document inquiries in our CRM system. Collaborate with real estate agents and other departments to streamline processes and enhance customer satisfaction. Stay informed about market trends, new listings, and regulatory updates to provide useful insights to customers. Fluency in Slovenian (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus. Experience in customer service, ideally in the real estate industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first approach. Ability to handle inquiries and resolve issues effectively and professionally. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously. Familiarity with real estate transactions and CRM software is desirable.
