Mercier Consultancy MD is thrilled to offer a unique opportunity for Slovenian Speaking Customer Service Representatives in the Renewable Energy industry. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about sustainability and committed to delivering excellent customer service. You will support customers in exploring renewable energy options and ensuring they have a positive experience throughout their journey. Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries related to renewable energy products, services, and initiatives via phone, email, and chat in Slovenian. Educate customers about energy efficiency programs, benefits of renewable energy solutions, and available resources. Assist customers with account management and troubleshooting any service-related issues. Accurately document all customer interactions in our CRM system while ensuring compliance with regulations. Collaborate with technical and operational teams to enhance the customer experience and resolve issues promptly. Stay informed about industry trends and company offerings to provide relevant information to customers. Fluency in Slovenian (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus. Experience in customer service, ideally within the renewable energy sector. Strong communication skills and a commitment to customer satisfaction. Ability to convey complex information in an understandable manner. Proactive problem-solving skills and an organized approach to managing customer inquiries. Familiarity with CRM systems and general computer applications is beneficial. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
