This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about technology and committed to providing outstanding customer support. As a representative, you will assist customers in Slovenian, helping them navigate their telecommunications needs and ensuring they have a seamless experience. Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries about telecommunications services, including plans, devices, and troubleshooting via phone, email, and chat in Slovenian. Assist customers with account management, billing issues, and service modifications. Provide detailed information about product features, promotions, and service availability. Resolve customer complaints and technical issues efficiently, ensuring satisfaction. Accurately document all customer interactions and maintain records in the CRM system. Collaborate with internal teams to improve service delivery and enhance customer satisfaction. Stay informed about new products and industry developments to provide relevant information to customers. Fluency in Slovenian (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus. Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the telecommunications sector. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure. Ability to manage multiple inquiries effectively and prioritize customer needs. Proficiency in using CRM systems and general computer applications.
