In this role, you will collaborate closely with classroom teachers to embed communication strategies into everyday instruction, helping students access and engage with the curriculum more effectively. You will also work in partnership with families to support continued skill development beyond the school day, promoting consistency between home and school. Alongside other related service providers, you will help design and implement coordinated, student-focused intervention plans. Your efforts will contribute to a welcoming and inclusive school climate by strengthening students’ communication abilities and encouraging active participation. As part of a collaborative and supportive team, you will play a key role in driving meaningful and measurable progress for each student. Requirements Hold or be eligible to obtain ASHA certification, and must possess a Master's degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders. Eligibility to apply for a Speech-Language Pathology license in the state of North Carolina is required. Clinical Fellows (CFYs) are strongly encouraged to apply and will receive dedicated supervision to support their professional growth and development.
