In this role, you will support elementary-aged students by providing individualized speech and language services designed to strengthen articulation, language development, and functional communication skills. Position Overview: Provide direct speech and language therapy services to elementary students. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals. Monitor student progress and adjust therapy strategies based on performance data. Participate in team meetings and contribute professional insight regarding student progress. Collaborate with teachers, families, and related service providers to support communication growth. Maintain accurate and compliant documentation according to district and Michigan state requirements. Requirements The ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) is preferred. An active Michigan Speech-Language Pathologist license, or eligibility for licensure, is required. Strong collaboration, organization, and communication skills are essential for success in this school-based role.
