Description

We are seeking an SLP, SLPA, or Clinical Fellow to join our multi-disciplinary treatment team. We provide in-clinic and school-based therapeutic services. Candidates must must have the necessary education, training, and license and/or certification to work with our clients and schools. In addition to proper training, education, and certification, our therapists must demonstrate patience, compassion, flexibility, strong communication skills, professionalism, and a commitment to the company and to quality, ethical practice. Guaranteed paid hours if in attendance 8:00am-3:00pm (2-5 days a week depending on your availability) from January through the end of May with the opportunity to remain on staff if it is a good fit for both parties. Supervision is provided for those needing supervision.

Responsibilities

· Provide quality therapy
· Maintain appropriate records as dictated by the profession and the company
· Participate in supervision as required by the profession and the company
· Adhere to all company processes, policies and procedures
· Clearly communicate in all oral and written formats as necessary with clients and co-workers
· Provide regular written and verbal progress on client sessions and treatment goals
· Attend meetings, trainings, and workshops to acquire further knowledge
· Deliver specific intervention activities according to the treatment plan/IEP
· Conduct Evaluations and Assessments and Clearly and effectively write reports of evaluation and detailed treatment plans.
· Develop and design treatment programs that are structured and appropriate for the client’s age, diagnosis, and individualized needs
· Produce progress reports and treatment plans to meet the requirements and submission timelines of the company and regulatory agencies and funding sources
· Provide coordination of care by collaborating with interdisciplinary team members or other providers
· Must have knowledge of HIPAA practices, maintain all ethical requirements, and work with integrity
· Must be detail-oriented and demonstrate accuracy, thoroughness, and timeliness
· Must be a team player, and maintain positivity in the work place
· Must communicate in a professional and respectful manner with parents, clients, coworkers, staff, and management
