As a Speech Therapist at Las Colinas Post Acute, you'll work with a diverse group of patients, from those recovering from strokes to individuals with speech and language disorders. Your goal will be to develop personalized treatment plans that make a real difference in their lives. Key Responsibilities: Conduct assessments to diagnose speech, language, and swallowing disorders. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care. Educate patients and their families on strategies to improve communication. Keep detailed records of patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed. What We're Looking For: A Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology. Valid state licensure and ASHA certification. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
