REQUIRED SKILLS

• Minimum of 5yrs of industrial experience in SLS printing (EOS Polymer Printers)
• Electrical safety training
• Expertise in machine installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and technical support
• A practical knowledge of electromechanical and pneumatic schematics
• Must be able to work effectively in a multidisciplinary, collaborative team environment focused on innovation and demonstrate:
  Both strong verbal and written communication skills
  Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
  Ability to positively influence others and lead small teams
  Ability to coordinate several jobs simultaneously
  Effective problem identification and solution providing skills
  Proven analytical and organisational ability
• Electrical or electronics trade qualifications is required
• Certification or other advanced training in electrical or electronics is required

MAIN TASKS

• Contribute to the build, setup and shutdown, monitoring, inspecting and post processing across EOS 3D printer machine and other platforms
• Assist with maintenance and routine cleaning of plant and workshop equipment
• Preparing files for printing
• Develop, qualify and refine manufacturing processes and solve production challenges with EOS P396 machines
• Produce reports, procedures and manuals to document results and develop mature processes for efficient production
• Able to follow and improve existing production processes and protocols
• Prepare FDM files and work within printing production process of computers, printers and workshop
• Prepare straps and workshop finishing tasks within production process
• Maintain and complete tasks for client item delivery and quality control
• Maintain stock lists and ordering
