Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience 2+ years of experience in a supervisory role Solid understanding of standard intra-departmental functions and daily manufacturing operations Solid understanding of and methods to apply and sustain 5S within a production environment Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and constantly evolving work environment Effective leadership, coaching, and collaboration skills Positive conflict resolution and communication skills Strong problem-solving, creative decision making, and time management abilities Experience promoting safety throughout the workplace High proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word) Experience using advanced software in a production environment Advanced understanding of manufacturing operations management Understanding methods to reduce waste and how to execute non-conforming material processes Proactive spirit; fast learner Willingness to learn and share knowledge throughout the organization Comprehensive understanding of SMA equipment and how it functions within the SMA production process

Responsibilities

The SMA Shift Supervisor will oversee daily manufacturing operations and ensure adherence to safety protocols. They will also implement and sustain 5S methodologies within the production environment.
