Description
We are looking for an analytically rigorous sales leader to own retention, expansion, and marketplace performance of Artsy’s Small Accounts segment of our Galleries Business. This leader will combine strong people leadership with deep business acumen. They will be responsible for building and iterating on an effective operating system that drives retention and growth, coaching a team of account executives, and personally engaging in high-impact renewal, churn-risk, and expansion conversations when necessary. This is a critical role to scaling Artsy’s revenue efficiently while delivering high-quality, consultative sales experiences to our gallery partners. You will shape how we retain and grow to serve thousands of small and emerging galleries globally. What You’ll Do at Artsy Own headline retention and expansion targets for the Small Accounts segment Build and run a rigorous operating cadence across weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reviews Define, track, and enforce accountability against leading-indicator KPIs that drive retention outcomes Conduct deep root-cause analysis on performance trends and translate insights into action Act as the embedded RevOps leader for the segment, owning forecasting, pipeline health, data quality, and performance reporting Design and deliver sales enablement including playbooks, talk tracks, and ongoing coaching Leverage AI tools and workflow automation to eliminate repetitive work and improve sales quality Build or vibe-code lightweight bots, automations, and dashboards that scale team productivity Step into key renewal, churn-risk, and upsell conversations with strategic partners Partner cross-functionally with Product, Finance, and Leadership to inform roadmap and pricing What We’re Looking For Proven experience leading B2B SaaS sales and/or account management teams Strong operational mindset with the ability to design systems, processes, and metrics Advanced analytical skills with comfort in spreadsheets, BI tools, and CRM data Demonstrated success driving accountability to both outcomes and inputs Experience acting as or partnering closely with Revenue Operations/FP&A and product management teams Hands-on experience using AI to automate workflows and augment sales execution Excellent coaching, communication, and leadership presence What We Offer: Opportunity to reimagine the art industry while working with a talented, diverse, international team.
