Description

As a Marketing Manager you will be responsible for partnering with internal teams to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of marketing campaigns. In this role, you will partner with multiple internal teams including marketing, sales, data science, content, and analytics teams to develop strategies which increase the efficiency and effectiveness of marketing campaigns.You may also develop marketing materials, lead strategy and execution of scaled marketing, and design content. Grounded in data, you will drive the analytical insight necessary to understand the effectiveness of your work while figuring out how to get things done without relying on others to do the job.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 2+ years of experience years of experience in marketing or related field
  • BA or BS degree or equivalent work experience of additional 4+ years of experience in marketing or related field
  • Experience partnering with and providing direction to cross-functional teams

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience copywriting for different online media
  • Experience with online advertising industry and/or small and medium businesses
  • Experience using Meta Business products (advertising objectives and ad types, mobile-friendly creative, Meta Pixel, etc.)
  • Experience with lifecycle marketing, including acquiring new customers, retaining or upselling existing customers, and driving key actions through marketing collateral
  • Experience with advertising goals, challenges and needs
  • Experience creating content for paid online media
Responsibilities
  • Assist in planning, executing, and scaling marketing campaigns to drive adoption of best practices among target audiences
  • Build partnerships with internal and external stakeholders, including marketing, analytics, and content teams, to understand user needs and translate them into actionable solutions. Facilitate regular cross-functional meetings to align on goals and track progress
  • Design and implement test plans to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and AI initiatives, providing insights to inform future optimization
  • Support the creation of engaging learning experiences, such as workshops, training modules, and hands-on sessions, to promote the adoption and long-term utilization of AI technologies among stakeholders
  • Execute change management plans to integrate AI technologies into workflows, fostering stakeholder engagement, developing targeted communication strategies, and delivering ongoing support to ensure lasting impact and seamless transitions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements, scope, deliverables, and goals, ensuring alignment and effective project execution
