About the Role: BOQ Group is currently seeking a Small Business Specialist to join our BOQ Specialist (Business Bank) division in Melbourne. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a bank that’s proudly relationship‑led, placing customers at the heart of every decision. In this role, you’ll play a key role in helping us deliver meaningful, long‑term support to small business customers across the community. In this role, you’ll play a key part in supporting both the Retail Banking channel and our Business Development Managers (BDMs) to drive asset growth, attract new customers, uplift client satisfaction, and maintain a strong, compliant portfolio. Responsibilities
