Department Purpose/Function: Ensure superior customer service for all equipment by running an efficient operation of mechanical services to our equipment in accordance with company quality standards, programs and procedures.
Job Summary: Field service technician to carry out all floor cleaning equipment repairs and maintain an efficient preventative maintenance program required by the Corporation to ensure excellent quality and customer satisfaction.

SKILLS:

  • Excellent technical skills/mechanically inclined.
  • Small engine repair an asset.
  • Knowledge of the cleaning industry an asset.
  • Detail oriented.
  • Ability to solve problems and work with others.
  • Effective planning and organizing skills.
  • Excellent time management skills.
