POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Marine Mechanic/Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate is someone with a passion for boats, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to providing excellent customer service. You’ll play a vital role in servicing outboard engines, performing electrical fit-outs on new boats, and interacting with our valued customers to understand and meet their needs.

• Perform basic servicing and repair work on outboard engines
• Carry out electrical fit-outs and accessory installations on new boats
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues
• Maintain clean and safe working conditions
• Communicate with customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Work collaboratively with a small, close-knit team
• Stay current with technical training provided through the dealership
• Support the business in potential future roles including accessory and boat sales
