In this role, you’ll be the trusted expert who delivers and installs equipment that transforms our customers’ daily lives. You’ll build lasting customer relationships and earn referrals by sharing your skills and care. What you'll do Safe Delivery and Installation Deliver orders to customer residences and healthcare facilities in the greater Edmonton area, from small single bags to multiple boxes and rollators. Use small hand and power tools to securely install wall grab bars, safety poles, and other bathroom equipment, after assessing and ensuring the installation site and surfaces are safe and appropriate for the equipment and the customer’s needs. Support safe use and appropriate selection of equipment during customer trials through product education and manual mechanical adjustments as required. Customer-focused Service Be the face of our brand in the end-consumer and healthcare communities. Use your people-skills to create a positive customer experience from start to finish demonstrating care for the customer, their property, and the products that will improve their independence. Encourage repeat business and referrals by reliably collaborating and developing professional relationships with health professionals. Product Expertise Develop product and funding knowledge to support customer choice of equipment, troubleshoot basic mechanical issues, and share what you've learned with others. Learn about our other product lines and services, including home modification, power mobility aids, and other daily living solutions to grow in your role. Technology Use Use delivery software to assign orders, optimize your route, update order statuses and notes, and create proof-of-delivery records. Use other software to communicate with interdepartmental teams, manage scheduled appointments, and make notes. Vehicle Operation and Maintenance Operate, maintain, and load/unload a Class 5 vehicle. Drive with courtesy and follow all traffic laws when representing us on the road in the greater Edmonton area Who We’re Looking For Skills & Requirements: Core Values: Adaptable, compassionate, and empowering. Valid Class 5 Driver’s License with a clean driving abstract. Charismatic communicator with experience in sales or customer service roles. Ability to safely meeting the physical requirements of the job (lifting up to 50lbs, pushing/pulling up to 100lbs). Basic mechanical skills and understanding of carpentry or similar trades. Strong organization and problem-solving skills. Proficiency with and ability to learn new technology.
