Position Overview We are seeking detail-oriented individuals to join our precision molding team. This role focuses on producing, finishing, and inspecting small, intricate components in a clean and organized manufacturing setting. This is a production-based position with clearly defined daily output goals. Employees are trained and supported to meet quality and production standards. No prior molding experience is required — hands-on training is provided.
