Job Description 1. Rich experience in the establishment, validation of instrumental analysis methods for small molecule bioanalysis and sample analysis (PK/ PD biomarker/DMPK), (2-4 years of experimental experience, more than 2 years of project management experience); 2. Lead and participate in the project team to complete the development and verification of experimental plans and methodologies.  Complete the project efficiently and with high quality; 3. Be familiar with various instruments and equipment in the small molecule biological analysis laboratory, and use commonly used software for small molecule biological analysis such as WLIMS and Analyst for data processing and analysis. 4. Maintain good communication with clients, regularly communicate and provide feedback on project progress, and complete projects on time and as needed. 5. Participate in audits and reception work for clients and regulatory authorities, and provide technical support. 6. Provide technical support to the project team and other business departments and teams of the company.   Job Requirements 1.Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in chemistry, pharmacy, instrumental analysis, clinical medicine or related fields, with at least 2 years of relevant working experience in GLP small molecule bioanalysis laboratories. 2. Possess excellent communication and coordination skills, including both written and oral expression abilities; 3. Familiarity with instrumental analysis techniques is preferred; 4. Understanding of the current popular disease areas in biopharmaceutical research and development is preferred. 5. Fluent in spoken and written English. 6.
