Your Impact As a Small Parts Lead, you will act as a mentor and lead for our Small Parts department responsible for shipping solutions, receiving and checking inventory, quality control checking of raw goods and material. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on person with a very strong attention to detail who is able to help wherever needed. You'll model Accelevation's standards and core values, and act as a backup for shift supervisors. Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities * Shipping and receiving raw goods and material. * Documents actions by updating the ERP system * Contributes to team effort by working well with others. * Adapt to shifting priorities throughout the shift, handling multiple tasks efficiently and effectively.
