RJ BUILD SERVICES ARE SEEKING A PROACTIVE AND HIGHLY ORGANISED SMALL WORKS PROJECT MANAGER EXPERIENCED WITH FABRIC AND M&E TO JOIN OUR GROWING TEAM.

This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of a variety of small to medium-sized projects, working closely with both clients and our in-house team to deliver exceptional results.

• Conduct detailed site surveys to assess customer requirements.
• Prepare and present accurate, competitive quotations and proposals.
• Provide technical support and guidance to clients and on-site teams.
• Plan, coordinate and manage small works projects from inception through to completion.
• Oversee subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring works are completed safely, on time, and to clients specification.
• Maintain clear communication with clients throughout the project, providing regular progress updates.
• Ensure all works comply with health, safety, and quality standards.
• Monitor budgets and project costs, highlighting any variations and implementing cost-control measures.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and reports.
