MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university in the field of GIS or computer science.
• At least ten (10) years of professional experience as a GIS architect on GIS projects within the last fifteen (15) years.
• At least five (5) years’ experience in utilities sector, specifically Electric Distribution and Transmission as a Business Analysis.
• Hands-on experience of at least 3 years with such a migration from General Electric (Smallworld) technologies to Esri in a complex environment.
• A good understanding of Transmission and Distribution programs, such as Advance Distribution Manager System, Utility network modeling, Outage Management and Field Operations Maintenance.
• A good understanding of the necessary hardware infrastructure required to support an enterprise operation of this scale.
• Fluent in English – speaking and writing.
