POSITION OVERVIEW

We’re hiring an Smart Home and AV Systems Integrator with at least 5 years of hands-on field experience. This role requires a high degree of technical skill, professionalism on-site, and familiarity with home automation and lighting control systems. Our ideal candidate is passionate about smart home tech and thrives in high-end residential environments where discretion, quality, and execution matter.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in System Integration for luxury homes
  • Proficient in major home automation and lighting control systems
  • Deep knowledge of AV infrastructure, rack building, cabling, and terminations
  • Working knowledge of network topology and IP-based AV systems
  • Comfortable using construction tools and diagnostic equipment
  • Ability to follow detailed technical documentation
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Responsibilities
  • Lead the installation and commissioning of Smart Home and AV systems: whole-home audio, distributed video, smart networking, and automation platforms
  • Install and program lighting control systems (i.e. Lutron, Savant, Control4)
  • Assemble and wire AV equipment racks to professional standards
  • Interpret system schematics and project documentation
  • Coordinate with project managers, electricians, and designers to ensure successful integration
  • Provide on-site system support, testing, and end-user training
  • Maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites in active construction environments
