Job Title: Smart Home Project Manager Location: KSA – On-site Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Smart Home Project Manager to lead and oversee the execution of smart home projects. The role involves managing end-to-end project delivery, ensuring timely execution, coordination across teams, and maintaining high-quality standards for all smart home installations and solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in smart home systems or technology-based projects, with a proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver complex projects successfully. Key Responsibilities • Lead and manage end-to-end smart home project execution from planning to delivery. • Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure smooth project implementation. • Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation strategies. • Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. • Monitor project progress and proactively resolve issues or delays. • Oversee installation, integration, and commissioning of smart home systems. • Ensure compliance with technical standards, quality requirements, and client expectations. • Manage risk assessment and mitigation throughout project lifecycle. • Maintain clear documentation and reporting for all project activities. • Provide regular updates and performance reports to senior management. Requirements • 8 years of experience in Project Management, preferably in Smart Home, ELV, or technology-related projects. • Prior experience in smart home systems or similar technical solutions is mandatory. • GCC experience is preferred. • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and execution frameworks. • Experience handling multiple stakeholders and large-scale technical projects. • Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills. • Excellent communication and organizational abilities. Preferred Skills • Experience in smart home automation, IoT systems, or ELV solutions. • PMP or equivalent project management certification is an advantage. • Ability to work in bilingual environments (Arabic & English).
Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end execution of smart home projects from planning through to delivery and commissioning. Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and clients to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and according to quality standards.
