• Troubleshoot smart lighting and control systems (DMX, 0-10V, etc.) via phone, video, email, and occasional site visits
• Guide clients through installation, setup, and system configuration with clarity and confidence.
• Program and test lighting equipment for custom applications—sometimes lighting up entire bridges, walls, or architectural features.
• Take ownership of lighting control projects from concept through completion—guiding technical design, coordinating with installers, and ensuring everything works as intended
• Interpret electrical drawings, specifications, and system documentation to solve technical challenges
• Collaborate with designers, installers, and clients to bring lighting concepts to life and ensure smooth implementation.
• Communicate proactively with clients, often via phone and email, to resolve issues and keep projects moving forward.
