Together, we are building a better world, so we can all enjoy living in it. 岗位职责 Responsibilities 参与公司IIoT平台建设：支持关键设备数据接入（PLC、CNC、传感器）与数据治理协助MES系统导入准备与实施（基础数据梳理、业务流程梳理、现场验证）支持AI技术应用参与生产效率改善：基于数据开展瓶颈分析、节拍优化及工艺改进任职要求 Qualifications 本科及以上在读（大三、研一优先），智能制造、自动化、工业工程、计算机相关专业理解制造基本流程（焊接/机加/喷涂/装配/物流优先）具备至少一项技能：数据分析（Excel/SQL/Python/Power BI）、自动化基础（PLC/通讯）、系统基础（MES/ERP认知）具备较强逻辑思维与现场问题分析能力良好的沟通能力，能够适应工厂现场环境优先条件 Preferred 参与过MES、IIoT或数字化工厂项目（课程或实习）有设备联网、数据采集或BI报表经验参与过IE改善或自动化方案实施可参与的核心业务场景工厂设备联网与数据采集（从硬件到平台） MES系统从0到1导入过程（主数据→流程→上线）生产过程可视化（OEE/Andon/报表） AI和现有流程的结合应用 Posting Dates: June 23, 2026 - July 5, 2026 Caterpillar is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
